Zibra Liquids Pro. Meet the most innovative tool for real-time liquid simulation for Unity3D

One year ago, in October 2021, we released the first version of our Zibra Liquids for real-time fluid simulation for Unity3D.

Since then, we’ve added several significant updates and improvements to our product, including new features and platform support, introduced our solution to Unreal Engine, and gained over 70,000 users worldwide.

Now, it’s time for another milestone. We are finally ready to present Zibra Liquids Pro – the most advanced version of Zibra Liquids to date.

What can you do with Zibra Liquids Pro

Zibra Liquids Pro is a next-gen tool for real-time 3D liquid simulation, designed to make virtual worlds more immersive by leveraging real-time simulation and realistic physics.

Featuring a custom physics solver and equipped with a unique AI technology for performant particle x object interaction, this versatile tool offers an extensive feature that makes working with visual effects even easier than before.

Content creators can add interactive, dynamic, true real-time 3D liquid to their project directly inside Unity Editor and set up its look and behavior in minutes.

Zibra Liquids Pro does not require any specific expertise and can be used to enhance virtual worlds with natural-looking liquid from the get-go, saving time and reducing development costs.

Utilizing the powerful capabilities of modern GPUs, Zibra Liquids Pro enables the creation of high-quality, performant small to midsize liquid simulations that can be configured to run on any device, from mobile to high-end PCs.

Thanks to its versatility, Zibra Liquids Pro can be used in game development to create natural-looking visual effects and game mechanics for various game genres, in VR, and even for industrial applications, giving users the possibility to create truly immersive experiences for a wide number of use cases.

Product features

Real-time 3D liquid simulation:

Zibra Liquids Pro allows you to easily add dynamic 3D liquid to your project without the need to bake visual effects into a game. It makes it possible to create realistic liquid simulations that react to the user’s input or other game events in real-time.

AI-accelerated interaction with static and skinned meshes:

Our tool uses a custom-developed AI-based solution to represent a Signed Distance Field of the object, which significantly reduces memory requirements and makes it fast and easy to set up liquid interaction with objects of arbitrary shape, including skinned meshes.  This opens the way for the creation of animated characters and gameplay elements made of liquid.

Force fields:

Zibra Liquids Pro features several types of force fields which allow you to control the motion of the liquid in your simulation. The force fields can be applied to specific simulation areas, enabling the creation of targeted effects such as a vortex or a liquid jet.

Multiple physical and visual parameters:

New ZibraAI solution offers numerous customization options, making it possible to set up physical and visual parameters like viscosity, density, surface tension, color, metalness, etc. of the liquid according to your needs.

This level of customization allows you to create a wide range of liquid simulations that fit the specific needs of your project. Additionally, you can choose from existing templates to get a faster result.

Multiple liquid types and liquid mixing support:

With Zibra Liquids Pro, users can use multiple liquid types in the same simulation and mix liquids with different properties to create complex liquid effects, for example, mixing two different types of liquids to create a chemical reaction.

Foam simulation

Zibra Liquids Pro features a brand-new foam effect that can be applied to make the scene more natural-looking. This effect can be customized with parameters like intensity, brightness, motion blur, etc, to create visuals tailored for each use case.

Mobile & VR support:

Zibra Liquids Pro unique tech makes it easy for simulation to be optimized to run on different platforms. Our solution works on both iOS and Android, as well as features VR support (including Meta Quest 2 / Pro compatibility), allowing you to create immersive liquid simulations for any virtual environment.

“We’re optimistic about the future of technology and its ability to transform the gaming industry. We believe that in the next few years, real-time effects will become the new standard for all use cases, replacing the static and baked effects of the past. As a company committed to staying ahead of the curve, we are excited to be at the forefront of this evolution”.

Alex Petrenko CEO at ZibraAI

The Unreal Engine version of Zibra Liquids Pro is already in the works. Additionally, our solution can be adapted for any custom engine, ensuring accessibility to a wide range of users, regardless of their platform of choice.
